MS Word Keyboard Shortcuts

MS-Word keyboard shortcuts are as important as any other program be it excel or powerpoint. MS-Word needs a lot of formatting when you work with large document files. Have a look at these advance MS-Words keyboard shortcut keys.

Shortcut Key Description
Alt+J+L+F+C Autofit the table content.

#Tip-Select the table (top left corner icon) before pressing the shortcut key. 

Ctrl+Shift+E Activate Track Changes Mode
Ctrl+Shift+L Creates bullet points
Shift+F3 Changes the font case (UPPER, Proper, Lower)
Ctrl+Spacebar Reset the font size to its original size
Alt+H+B+A Creates border to the selected area
Ctrl+] Increases the font size
Ctrl+[ Decreases the font size
Ctrl + Alt + 1 Covert text to H1 (Heading 1)

Ctrl+1 Create or reset single line space
Ctrl+5 Create or reset 1.5 line space
Ctrl+2 Create or reset double line space
F12 Open “Save As” document window
Ctrl+Shift+Left Arrow Select one word to the left
Ctrl+Shift+Left Arrow Select one word to the right
Ctrl+Shift+’+’ Convert text to Superscript 
Ctrl+= Convert text to Subscript
Ctrl+E Center align the selected text
Ctrl+R Right align the selected text
Ctrl+L Left align the selected text
